You’ll get all the benefits of our other packages—plus implementation support, quick decision calls, and extra accountability. Perfect for business owners who want to accelerate results, tackle challenges head-on, and have a partner every step of the way.

How It Works (for all consulting options):

  • After checkout, you’ll receive an email with our New Client Intake Form (your Biztopia Business File) to help us hit the ground running. This form will appear as an email from Biztopia that says "Your Download is Ready." Simply click on the download, and click to begin the form. This form is available for 30 days to complete, but the sooner it is completed, the sooner we can get started! 

  • Once this is completed, you will receive a link to schedule your first phone and/or video consulting session on our calendar. 

  • For email consulting, simply send your first email after completing your intake form.

  • Note: for monthly consulting subscriptions, you'll pay for your first month today, and then receive an invoice each month (or you can opt to have automatic payments set up on your next month's invoice). 

The Fine Print (We Have to Do It)

Prepaid + No-Refund Policy: All consulting is prepaid. Due to time reserved and preparation involved, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Scheduling + No-Show Policy

  • Sessions are scheduled in advance and reserved for you.

  • Cancel with 24+ hours notice: reschedule with no penalty.

  • Cancel with less than 24 hours notice: session is deducted from prepaid time.

  • No-shows: session is deducted from prepaid time.

  • Late arrivals: sessions end at scheduled time.

What This Support Is (and Isn’t): Packages cover consulting, review, and guidance—not full project management or 24/7 availability. For hands-on project management, check out our Custom Solutions.

How Email Time Is Tracked: Time is tracked by reading, reviewing, editing, and responding (rounded to 15-minute increments). Waiting time is not counted. Expect responses within 2 business days, or an ETA for complex needs.
