Biztopia’s phone consulting is like having a business coach on speed dial. Whether you’re facing a challenge, need to make a decision, or just want expert feedback, you can talk it through live with a real person who understands small business. Before your call, you can send over any documents, questions, or situations you’d like to discuss. During the session, we’ll review everything together, brainstorm solutions, and create a clear plan of action—all in real time. You’ll leave the call with answers, next steps, and renewed confidence, without ever needing to jump on a video chat or leave your office. It’s perfect for busy owners who want fast, personal support and practical advice, right when they need it.

How It Works (for all consulting options):

• After checkout, you’ll receive an email with an intake form (your Biztopia Business File) to help us hit the ground running. This form will appear as an email from Biztopia that says "Your Download is Ready." Simply click on the download, and click to begin the form. This form is available for 30 days to complete, but the sooner it is completed, the sooner we can get started! 

• For phone or video consulting (by the hour or subscription), once you complete the intake form, you’ll get a link to schedule your first session on our calendar.

The Fine Print (We Have to Do It)

Prepaid + No-Refund Policy: All consulting is prepaid. Due to time reserved and preparation involved, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Scheduling + No-Show Policy

• Sessions are scheduled in advance and reserved for you.

• Cancel with 24+ hours notice: reschedule with no penalty.

• Cancel with less than 24 hours notice: session is deducted from prepaid time.

• No-shows: session is deducted from prepaid time.

• Late arrivals: sessions end at scheduled time.
