Whether you want to tackle team challenges, streamline processes, run workshops, or get a fresh set of eyes on your operations, having a Biztopia consultant on site means practical solutions, real-time feedback, and support that’s truly customized to your space and your team.

How It Works:

1. Reserve Your Spot:
   Secure your on site consulting with a $50 nonrefundable deposit. This deposit is applied to your total invoice and includes 1 hour of email consulting to help us prep for your visit.

2. Share Your Details:
   After checkout, you’ll receive an email with an intake form where you’ll provide your business location, preferred dates, how many hours you’d like on site, and what you’d like to accomplish. This form will appear as an email from Biztopia that says "Your Download is Ready." Simply click on the download, and click to begin the form. This form is available for 30 days to complete, but the sooner it is completed, the sooner we can get started! 

3. Next Steps:
   Once we receive your intake form, you’ll get a simple agreement to sign and an invoice for your on site consulting hours and any travel fees (and we try to keep it as cheap as possible-no 5 star hotels or luxury car rentals on the bill). 

4. Get Ready for Results:
   We’ll use your included email consulting hour to review your goals and prep for a productive, tailored visit. Then, Biztopia comes to you—ready to roll up our sleeves and get to work!

The Fine Print:

• $50 deposit is nonrefundable and applied to your total invoice.

• On site consulting is scheduled in advance based on your preferences and Biztopia’s availability.

• Travel fees may apply, depending on your location.

• A simple agreement and full invoice must be completed before your visit is confirmed.

• On site consulting time does not include creation of any of our Custom Solutions options-those can be implemented on site, but must be purchased separately.
