How It Works:

• If you want to purchase more than one hour, increase the "quantity" to the number of hours you need.

• After checkout, you’ll receive an email with our New Client Intake Form (your Biztopia Business File) to help us hit the ground running. This form will appear as an email from Biztopia that says "Your Download is Ready." Simply click on the download, and click to begin the form. This form is available for 30 days to complete, but the sooner it is completed, the sooner we can get started! 

• For email consulting, simply send your first email after completing your intake form to contact@biztopiallc.com.

How Email Time Is Tracked: Time is tracked by reading, reviewing, editing, and responding (rounded to 15-minute increments). Waiting time is not counted. Expect responses within 2 business days, or an ETA for complex needs.
